FOCUS
Prior to joining our firm, Ron spent over 13 years with BDO (via acquisition of SS&G Financial Services) primarily focusing on transaction advisory, consulting, and audit services. At Pease Bell, CPAs, Ron leads transaction advisory and consulting teams while providing these respective services to our vast client base. His industry agnostic client base includes middle and lower middle market family offices, private equity funds, and corporate buyers. Ron also focuses on transaction advisory and consulting services for his skilled nursing and substance use disorder/mental health service clients. Ron is actively involved in leading Pease Bell’s business development activities.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ron also holds board positions with both the St. Joseph Byzantine Finance Committee and Men’s Club along with board participation for the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Parma’s Parishes Together Fund.
EDUCATION
Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting degree from Kent State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Ron has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2015.
PERSONAL LIFE
Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is an avid outdoorsman.
